In order to sell Samsung products T-Mobile store employees need to know how use those products. Enter, the Samsung Side, an Instagram account specifically for T-Mobile store employees nationwide run by Samsung. 

Working in conjunction with quarterly Samsung branded swag boxes that stores received, we created, and ran, an Instagram account called the Samsung Side to teach, remind and promote the Samsung ecosystem of products and new product features. Swag boxes included items like custom socks, enamel flair pins, and limited edition Samsung pop sockets, etc. All items we created specifically for the swag boxes that go out to the 4,000+ T-Mobile stores nationwide.
